Fancy a healthy snack?

Buying snacks that are healthy and aren’t packaged in single-use plastic is so difficult, that I have decided to make my own. Warning this guava fruit roll is so delicious and easy to make – you’ll be making them a few times a week once you’ve tried it.

Here’s how:
Blitz together 2 cups of chopped guavas, 1/4 cup honey and the juice of 1/2 a lemon. Spread the smooth paste over a silicon sheet and bake for 2 hours at 100 degrees Celsius. Times might differ depending on your oven so check on it every now and again. While warm cut into strips and roll. I also tried this recipe with strawberries and it worked well, but the guava version is my fav! Enjoy!
